Refund Policy

We stand by our services – if for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchases, Maxpro Management Services Ltd. will gladly give you a full refund or exchange within the first 30 days.

Refunds will be credited to the original credit card or PAD account. Your refund will generally be in the same form as the original purchase. Once we receive item(s) back, a refund is initiated immediately. The way your refund is processed depends on your original payment method.

Credit card refunds will be sent to the card-issuing bank within five business days of receipt of the returned package. Please contact the card-issuing bank with questions about when the credit will be posted to your account.

The length of time service cancellations are in transit is beyond our control; although once we do receive, we will process it as quickly as possible. We therefore need to allow at least 5 days (occasionally this process can take longer but this is a rare exception) to receive and process your return. We will notify you via e-mail once we have received and processed the returns.
